“Bella struttura, pulita e personale gentilissimo. Consiglio”

“The lobby and room suffered from deferred maintenance. The property never repaired the front door, which became unusable after a bear attack. I couldn't enjoy the fireplace because they turned it off. The room just off the lobby was quiet but neglected. The sliding glass door was drafty and noisy, with cold, whipping air coming in. The bathroom tile was brown and cracked. The caulking was mildewed. The carpet was stained and worn. The staff seemed overworked. The front desk was rarely...

“Everything perfect! Mammoth Lakes is a diamond!”

Consigliato”

“The room was clear and the staff so gentle”

“Struttura vecchia. Personale maleducato.”

“Great hotel and great service. Due to an unforeseen issue, we had to arrive very late at night, and the night receptionist was there waiting for us, making us feel welcomed and comfortable. Just a small note on the security deposit: they charged the same amount twice and at a higher rate, but everything was resolved within two days, so really no problem! If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely be back!”

“I was impressed with the view and some of the furnishings at first glance. However, later that evening when I went to bed, I discovered dirt stains on one of the pillows and on the sheets! I’m a frequent traveler for work and had never encountered such a filthy bed! I has to send my husband to pick up clean bedding from the reception desk which was not ideal. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in that bed even after changing the sheets. A clean bed should be essential, not optional.”

“Posto meraviglioso ristorante ottimo colazioni super”

“Easy parking lot on the ground floor, very good breakfast. Good room”
